Who am I?

I am a pile of atoms in the universe controlled by a smaller pile of atoms trying to replicate itself, but I don’t understand why. That’s why I completed a PhD in cognitive science / evolutionary biology on human behavior, and why I popularize this research online, in a few books and talks.
I work with AFPER to create research-based activities to be carried out in classrooms, in collaboration with researchers who challenge students through a short video.
I’m interested in the ecosystem of science popularization on YouTube in general, by maintaining a list of science communicators, regularly analyzed through short blog posts, and more formally in a scientific article. I also regularly create geeky projects like this calculator of CO₂ emissions linked to watching videos on the internet (did you know it emits less than you might think?).
This site is not only here to help me avoid memory lapses about my life, but also to facilitate meetings and collaborations—so feel free to get in touch!
If you’re a student and want to know how to study evolution and human behavior in France, I’ve written an article specifically about that on EvoSapiens. If you’re a researcher and your lab isn’t listed on that same page yet, feel free to contact me.
